The teeny, tiny birth of Hello Cupcake!

I DO love cupcakes! Always have. So when I offered to make them for a friend's wedding, I thought... huh, this could really be fun! The feedback was EXCELLENT!
So I decided I'd try to try it 'semi-professionally'. It's really just a little hobby that I love doing!! Baking from scratch was pretty new to me, but it turns out to be much more rewarding! SO worth it in the end!! The name comes from an adorable little picture the bride bought me as a thank you gift, and the logo was designed by one of my good friends, so they're both very sentimental to me :) I currently operate under the Michigan Cottage Food Law, so I'm legally allowed to bake right out of my own home, keeping it nice and cozy. I am a licensed LLC business. I'm proud to not use ANY oils or shortening in my cupcakes and icings, and I always use low-fat or fat-free options whenever available. This makes warm months tricky, but it's worth the risk!! Nobody needs more fat added to a delicious lil' cupcake!
